Montserrat Vargas and Sandie Luna brought their theatrical expertise to work with LEAD participants of New Women New Yorkers  organization, in creating a performance about the experiences of immigrant women looking for work in the US.
 
NWNY provide workforce development and other programs to empower immigrant women to get their first paying, meaningful job in the NYC workforce or pursue higher education.
